It's not that you are emailing missile codes and FYEO secrets, it's about keeping your private stuff private. 

It also keeps anyone from resetting password, getting login and account details, and lots of other stuff. Take it from a BlackHat; almost anything is possible if you open the wrong email. 

It DOES NOT add an additional step IN ANY WAY and YOU WILL LOVE your email box. It will "learn" spam and keep all your stuff off of Google servers, Microsoft iCloud or where you are sending copies of everything to.

Remember the first time you used AOL? Facebook? I bet your a Pro now.

3. How to download and open something
4. How to read  

Don't overthink it!!!!
